MedSpa Front Desk Receptionist

  • Occasionally stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, knee, crouch or crawl, talk and hear
  • Employees who have approved exemptions must follow additional protocols where required, such as enhanced COVID-19 testing, mandatory vaccine-related education/discussions, and/or other infection prevention requirements in accordance with company policy, CDC or state and local public health government orders
  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Front Desk Receptionist

Responsibilities
  • The Front Desk Receptionist is primarily responsible for providing support with the daily activities of a medical spa including telephone coverage, appointment scheduling, registration, opening and closing transactions and client care
  • MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS and EVENINGS
  • Provide excellent client care and customer service
  • Answer and screen high volume of inbound phone calls
  • Manage appointments (scheduling, moving, and canceling appointments)
  • Actively promote the clinic, treatments, services, products, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available
  • Provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction
  • Accurately complete client transactions
  • Manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining composure, always keeping the clients a priority
  • Perform opening and closing duties of the clinic
  • Efficiently provide basic office administrative support tasks including but not limited to mailing, faxing, sorting, typing and filing
  • Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
  • Maintain complete confidentiality in all guest matters in accordance with company policy
  • Assist with other duties and projects as assigned by management
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift/or move up to 30 pounds

Nurse Injector

Job Summary:

Join Walnut Creek Aesthetics, a premier boutique med spa, as a compassionate Nurse Injector. You’ll provide personalized care and natural-looking results that align with our brand values. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with medical procedures and regulations while delivering superior patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Patient Assessments: Conduct comprehensive assessments and administer appropriate medical care.
  • Medication & Treatments: Provide neurotoxins, fillers, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Medical Records: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and implement patient care plans.
  • HIPAA Compliance: Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Symptom Monitoring: Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior.
  • Procedure Assistance: Assist in medical procedures as needed.
Experience:
  • Injector Experience: Proven experience as an Injector for 3+ years.
  • Treatment Expertise: Expertise in neurotoxins, fillers, weight loss treatments, and lasers.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
